We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you feel an item is defective or has a flaw please let us know within 3 days of receiving it. To get a replacement or store credit the tags must still be on this product.

In order for us and you to be successful, below are our rules for Returns & Exchanges. 

Returns and Exchanges will be for store credit only. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item, must meet the below criteria and need to be approved by Pink Cadillac. After the 14 day window, we will not be responsible for exchanges or returns. 

  • No stains
  • No Signs of Wear
  • No Pet Hair, Smell, etc. 
  • Have Original Tags (Not Be Washed)  
  • Shoes Must Be Unworn and in Original Packaging

Additionally we will not be responsible for any shipping costs, unless the mistake was ours. When sending us a return please keep the tracking information for your shipment.
